David A. Fulton

Canton – David A. Fulton, 57, of Canton, passed away at 2:10 PM on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born on June 28, 1960 in Canton to Donald E. Fulton and Marcia M. (Arnett) Leighton.  She survives.

Also surviving is nephew, Justin Fulton; niece, Emily Fulton, and a special friend Susie Oltman of Farmington; one brother, Larry Fulton of Canton.

David was preceded in death by his father.

 David owned Linn Lanes Bowling Alley in Canton, IL for 10 years. David is in the Western Illinois Bowling Hall of Fame, American Bowling Congress and loved playing golf at Canton Country Club. He was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Memorials may be made to the Canton American Legion. To make online condolences you may go to www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com

    Dear Marsha and family. My deepest condolences in the passing of Dave. I hold many memories close to my heart. The last time I saw Dave was in Milwaukee and he seemed to be full of life and enjoying time spent you. We shared some of the same physical problems and found resolve in comparing notes. God be with you and your family knowing that Dave is at peace and isn’t suffering anymore.
