Harry “Bob” R. McEuen

Peoria – Harry “Bob” R. McEuen, 78, of Peoria, formerly of Farmington, passed away at 3:53 AM on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Liberty Village of Peoria. He was born on June 30, 1939 in Farmington, IL to Charles and Jennie (Scott) McEuen.

Surviving are two cousins, Patricia (Paul) Newcomb of Pekin, and Tana (John) Hayes of Arizona, special friend, Diane Rians of Peoria, and good friend and was also his pastor, Rev. Richard Springsteen of Peoria.

He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, Charles A. McEuen, and brother, Ernest McEuen.

Bob retired on March 1, 1995 working as a Machinist for Caterpillar in East Peoria. He was a member of Northwest Baptist Church in Peoria, IL. Bob was also a member of UAW 974 and was one the Board of Trustees at Northwest Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Northwest Baptist Church, 5430 N Big Hollow Rd, Peoria, IL 61615, where a visitation will be held from 10-11 AM. Rev. Richard Springsteen will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Oakridge Cemetery in Farmington, IL. Memorials can be made out to Northwest Baptist Church.
