    To Sid’s Family,
I am sad to read of Sid’s passing. I went to Plant Engineering at Caterpillar’s Basic Engine plant in Mossville, IL in March 1976. My main focus was providing electrical design for the diesel engine test cells in buildings BB & DD. Remember meeting Sid at the steam plant, building N, when I had a design job there. Thanks to Sid’s knowledge, that job was completed successfully as were other jobs in the following years. I was sad for me but happy for Sid when he retired. I hope your many, many happy memories will help you get through this most difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
    With Sympathy,
    Ed Johnson (Cat MEC Retired)
    Peoria, IL
